Moose Condo Reno was created from direct, hands-on experience in high-end residential construction. Early in our growth, we began taking on more condominium projects and quickly recognized that renovating a condo requires a different level of planning than renovating a detached home.
Construction is only one part of the process. Every condo building may have its own renovation bylaws, working hours, elevator procedures, insurance requirements, noise restrictions, material specifications, plumbing rules, and approval process.
A renovation can be delayed before work even begins when drawings are incomplete, documents are submitted incorrectly, or the scope does not meet the building’s requirements. Mistakes during construction can also affect neighbouring units or shared building systems.

Once the renovation has been approved, our project managers coordinate the schedule, building access, material deliveries, licensed trades, inspections, and daily site activity. Founder and Principal
Mark leads company strategy, client relationships, and high-level project execution. His experience includes condo renovations, project planning, construction management, and navigating complex condo-board and property management requirements.
He remains closely involved in each project to make sure the renovation is properly structured and that clients receive clear information throughout the process.

Our design team develops layouts, space-planning recommendations, finish selections, renderings, and production drawings based on the needs of each condo.
The team also prepares documentation with condo-board requirements in mind, helping ensure that the proposed work can be clearly reviewed by property management.

Project Managers and Site Supervisors
Our project managers and site supervisors coordinate trades, inspections, scheduling, deliveries, building access, and daily site execution.
They monitor the project throughout construction and make sure work continues to follow the approved scope, condo rules, and project schedule.

We work with licensed and insured professionals who understand the requirements of working inside occupied condominium buildings.
